Join the Work in Progress Challenge! Each week we will send you self care opportunities in the spiritual, physical, emotional, and social dimensions of wellness for a chance to win prizes!

The challenge begins Monday, March 11th and ends Sunday, April 7th, however, you can join anytime!

How to participate:

Step 3: Complete a challenge listed and let us know how it went!

Information about our prizes:

After the four weeks of the WIP Challenge, we will draw names to determine who wins our prizes! Winners will be able to choose between a Stanley Cup, humidifier, migraine cap, weighted blanket or a weighted blanket/stuffed animal. Every challenge you complete and reflect on is an entry to win.

Challenge Opportunities: 
Attend Counseling at the Counseling Center
   - The Counseling Center is a FREE service for JCU students. Located at the Garden Level of Dolan Hall, available anytime from 8:30am to 5:00pm (with evening hours available by appointment.) To schedule, call 216-397-4283 or use the online portal to request an appointment.

Wellness Coaching or a Check-in
   - Meet with a staff member or student to talk about wellness related topics from transitioning to college to quitting vaping and everything in-between, email wellness@jcu.edu, or fill out the sign up form, to set up a meeting

Register for a QPR Training
    - 
QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer — the 3 simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide.  The sessions are:
    - Tuesday, March 12th at 5:00pm
    - Tuesday, March 19th at 5:00pm
    - Wednesday, April 3rd at 4:00pm
    - Friday, April 5th at 1:00pm
    - Tuesday, April 9th at 5:00pm
Join Group Therapy
Group Therapy will be starting after Spring Break, so there is still time to sign up!

Get STI Tested
-The Student Health Center will offer confidential, free testing for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis and HIV on Wednesday, February 20th, between 10 am and 1pm, on campus, in the student health center.
