Bachelor of Science in Physics

The physics B.S. requires an in-depth study of the core areas of physics and a selection of upper-division courses such as thermal physics, atomic and molecular physics, condensed matter physics, or other engineering electives. You’ll gain a solid foundation to pursue industrial or government research, and for graduate study in physics, medical physics, or materials science. This major combines well with a minor or double-major with mathematics.
