Peer Health Advocate Application

This application is for students who would like to be considered for an interview and training to be a Healthy Streaker Peer Health Advocate with Health Promotion and Wellness and will be at John Carroll University during the 2014-15 school year. Applications are due to Health Promotion & Wellness no later than Friday, September 27th. Interviews will be scheduled with selected applicants, which will determine who will be invited to the training the weekend of January 25-26th. Please Note: Being a peer health advocate requires a two-hour per week time commitment for a minimum of two semesters and attendance at bi-weekly staff meetings for an hour. In addition to that, we also require your full attendance at training on a weekend training in January on campus.
