John Carroll University is dedicated to creating a safe culture for all students and, therefore, does not tolerate any form of sexual violence.

Sexual violence can take on many different forms, from rape to threats. Lack of consent is a critical factor in any sexual assault. Persons who engage in sexual conduct because of force, threats of force, or coercion have not consented to contact.

If you have experienced any of the behaviors, please remember it is NOT your fault, no one asks for or deserves this type of behavior. For resources and support, please click here.
