On Monday, April 24th, the Holocaust Remembrance Day will be held at John Carroll University’s campus.
The day will begin at 3:30 p.m. with a memorial ceremony and prayer service commemorating the victims of the Holocaust, followed by a lecture by Nina Frankel, a Holocaust survivor, titled Zachor: Remembrance.
All events will take place in the Murphy Room, D.J. Lombardo Student Center.
Holocaust Remembrance Day is sponsored by Cleveland Hillel of JCU and the Department of Theology & Religious Studies, Walter & Mary Tuohy Chair of Interreligious Studies. The event is free and open to the public.
