Class of 2014

Hometown: South Euclid, Ohio
High School: Beaumont School
Major: Communication & Theatre Arts
Minors: Population & Public Health and Catholic Studies

These have been some of the greatest years of my life. This past semester, I studied abroad in South Africa and also studied in Rome my sophomore year. You will most likely find me hanging out in Campus Ministry or the Center for Service and Social Action. I lead and participate in retreats, am a liturgical minister, and have gone on immersions to Guatemala and Honduras. I found a home here through the Arrupe Scholars Program and found my niche in health-related social justice initiatives through Peer Health Educators. After spending time away from Carroll this past semester I’m reminded of why I’ve chosen this place. JCU is filled with a remarkable community of friends. Everyone I have met has a different gift to offer our community. It leaves room for a vibrant group of people who share common values.

I hope you come and check out Carroll for yourself!
