Under the Mandatory Reporting Policy all employees (staff, faculty, full-time, part-time) of the University have a duty to report allegations of sex discrimination, including those that fall within the Sexual Harassment & Interpersonal Violence Policy within 1 business day by completing the online report which can be accessed by clicking on the Report box to the right or otherwise contacting the Title IX Coordinator.

The following employees who are acting in the listed capacities doctors, nurses acting under the direction of doctors, licensed counselors or ordained members of the clergy are excepted from this policy.
