Travel/Conference Request Form

The Travel/Conference Request Form is for any registered and recognized student organization that is sending members to a conference/event. It includes registration fee, lodging, and transportation. *Note: The organization can be approved to receive up to the following amounts: 100% of the conference fee for the first 2 students sent and 4 students for 50% of the conference fees. Beyond 6 students, the coverage of fees will be up to the discretion of the Student Organization Budget Board.
