Finding healthy snacks for that evening craving can be a challenge. The “right” chips and dips can be a nutritious treat. Join Karin Palmer, our nutritionist in the atrium on Wednesday night, 11/20, where you can watch demonstrations on how to make easy healthy dips in your dorm room. Join us from 8-10 PM to sample these dips along with a healthier chip. Also, you’re invited to come with any questions you may have for the JCU nutritionist.
