Sara Stashower is third generation in the advertising and public relations business, having begun her career at Lang Fisher & Stashower as an intern and ending a 20-year tenure as a managing partner and shareholder of what is now Liggett Stashower. She has worked with clients in numerous industries both regionally and nationally, including American Greetings, Little Tikes, and Telarc International. With a background in Education (she studied Interactive Media with the folks who invented Sesame Street), Sara chose to return to the classroom and came to John Carroll first as an adjunct faculty member, then hired as a Visiting Instructor. She continues to consult to professional firms and non-profit organizations, and serves as a trustee for PlayhouseSquare, is past chair of the American Automobile Association (AAA/East Central), and Vice President of Suburban Temple-Kol Ami. Sara was recently inducted in the American Advertising Federation ( AAF) Cleveland Hall of Fame.
