The Russert Department offers three minors:  General Communication, Theatre Arts, and Political Communication.  Each of these minors will give you the skills you need to flourish in today’s convergent communications environment along with developing excellent leadership, critical thinking, writing, speaking, and performance skills.

You’ll learn about interpersonal relations, organizational communication, journalism, rhetoric, public relations, theatre, broadcasting, the Internet, developing skills in each.  Political Communication is an interdisciplinary minor offered with the Political Science department.
