Welcome to the Tim Russert Department of Communication and Theatre Arts. We want to help you find your future in communication. We explore all areas of communication from debate, to radio, to theatre, to social media. We are guided by three principles that accurately describe the essence of our namesake, Tim Russert ’72:
- Inquiry – be a critical thinker
- Integrity – make ethical decisions
- Involvement – be a leader in professional and public life
Our graduates have the knowledge and ability to create, present, evaluate, and analyze messages in a variety of media and arenas. Our graduates go on to work in public relations, television, radio, film, corporate communication, social media, and theatre. If you are interested in becoming a leader in communication, then please visit our website and our campus. Facilities include a TV studio, two theater venues, and an Apple computer lab.
We have a place waiting for you.
