Col. Eric E. Aslakson serves as the assistant commandant of the U.S. Army Cyber School. Before that, he served with the U.S. Cyber Command as the operational adviser to the Department of Homeland Security. He holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University, Minn., and a master’s degree from the U.S. Naval War College. The Cyber Center of Excellence is the Army’s force modernization proponent for Cyberspace Operations, Signal/Communications Networks and Information Services, and Electronic Warfare (EW).  A major aspect of the CCoE’s mission is the training, education, and development of world-class, highly skilled professionals who support operations at the strategic, operational, and tactical level.
