The Summer 2016 REVISED Group Fitness Schedule is now available!

Summer 2016 fitness classes start the week of May 16, 2016; all classes are held in the Fitness Studio.

*A fitness scheduling note (6/24/16):  As of July 1st, 2016 our Friday Noon PiYo class will be canceled for the remainder of the summer. We apologize for the mid-season change in schedule. Please check our Fall 2016 Schedule for the class’ return.

**Another Summer Fitness Update (7/12/16):  Caroline’s Tuesday Intermediate Yoga (4:00pm) & Thursday Beginner Yoga (4:00pm) classes are CANCELED for the remainder of the summer, due to personal reasons.  Certainly check out our Noon Tuesday Power Yoga class to meet your summer yoga needs!  Thanks for your understanding!
