Attention JCU Fitness Fans:

The Spring 2017 (UPDATED) Group Fitness Schedule is now available!

Spring 2017 fitness classes will commence on Tuesday, January 17, 2017; all classes are held in the Fitness Studio.

*New cycling classes and a WERQ fitness class will commence on Monday, March 13th.

**A reminder to all fitness patrons:  be reminded that anyone new to a fitness class MUST complete a waiver before the class begins (the instructor will provide this form).  Thank you!
