Power Yoga
Power yoga is an invigorating class based on the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. Students move consistently from pose to pose while incorporating the principles of pose alignment, the practice of personal awareness, and the breath. This challenging and flowing form of yoga will tone and transform your body. Be prepared to sweat!

Beginner Yoga
This class is designed as an intro level class for anyone. Focused on building skills that apply to any other yoga class, style, or level. Body alignment cues permeate this class (with options for prop use & modifications).

Stretch & Strengthen
Stretch and Strengthen will help loosen/lengthen those tight muscles while also strengthening your muscle mass. Primarily, bands and isometric exercises will be done. Weights can also be incorporated for those that may want “just a little extra.”

Hatha Yoga
Hatha is translated as ha meaning “sun” and tha meaning “moon.” Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites. In our physical bodies we develop a balance of strength and flexibility. We also learn to balance our effort and surrender in each pose.

Define yourself and look long and lean with no weights and no jumps. Combines the muscle sculpting, core firming benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility of yoga. Crank up the music and the fun with this calorie burning workout. All levels welcome.
