This class is designed for participants of all levels. The focus is on muscle toning exercise with the use of weights and stretch bands. Different exercises in each class keep this class challenging but still fun!
This class focuses on furthering the foundational skills that apply to any other yoga class, style, or level. Expect more flowing sequences, stamina building and peaking postures to enhance your yoga practice.
Stretch & Strengthen
Stretch and Strengthen will help loosen/lengthen those tight muscles while also strengthening your muscle mass. Primarily, bands and isometric exercises will be done. Weights can also be incorporated for those that may want “just a little extra.”
Students move consistently from pose to pose while incorporating the principles of pose alignment, the practice of personal awareness, and the breath!
Define yourself and look long and lean with no weights and no jumps. Combines the muscle sculpting, core firming benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility of yoga. Crank up the music and the fun with this calorie burning workout. All levels welcome.
