Restore & Renew Yoga

A restorative yoga class with occasional, initial, qigong and vinyasa to release and open…but mainly restorative poses with bolsters and blankets

Recharge & Rebalance Yoga
A yoga class based around spinal twists and balance poses with energizing short vinyasas and breath work.

Ground & Center Yoga
A yoga class concentrated on working with poses that ground (mainly focusing on the first chakra and spinal twists). Occasional use of pranayama depending on practitioners.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Students move consistently from pose to pose while incorporating the principles of pose alignment, the practice of personal awareness, and the breath!
