This indoor cycling class will burn mega-calories while toning your legs all over. The intensity of this class will have you spinning. (This class is limited to 19 participants on a first come first serve basis).

This class is designed for participants of all levels. The focus is on muscle toning exercise with the use of weights and stretch bands. Different exercises in each class keep this class challenging but still fun!
Power yoga is an invigorating class based on the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. Students move consistently from pose to pose while incorporating the principles of pose alignment, the practice of personal awareness, and the breath. This challenging and flowing form of yoga will tone and transform your body. Be prepared to sweat!
Incorporating elements of kickboxing punches and kicks in a fun and sequential format. Kickin’ Abs is for the intermediate to advanced student, although modofications are always used as needed. Students can expect 40-45 minutes of cardio/interval, 15-20 minutes of abs and ending with good stretching.
