  1. SPRING BREAK 2015 (3/2 – 3/6): Group Fitness Schedule

    With the JCU campus Spring Break upon us (February 28 – March 8th), please refer to the following Spring Break 2015 Group Fitness Schedule for this week ONLY. The regular Spring 2015 fitness schedule will resume on Monday, March 9th. NOTE: Chelsea’s 5:00pm Pilates class is CANCELED on Friday, February 27th.

  3. No ID = No Entrance

    Effective immediately, you MUST have a valid John Carroll ID to enter any of the Recreation Facilities. Likewise, as of the start of the Fall 2014 Semester, all students, faculty, and staff must possess a newly issued Carroll Card for admittance in to any RecPlex facilities and/or participation in Intramural sports.
