National Institute on Drug Abuse Predoctoral Trainee,

Early in her training, Mollie found herself gravitating toward the behavioral approach. It wasn’t until taking a learning and behavior course at John Carroll University that she realized how to apply her interest in operant conditioning to a future research career. She credits the JCU psychology department with providing her a strong foundation in research methodology and manuscript preparation. Mollie is especially grateful to Dr. Janet Larsen for the numerous research opportunities and mentorship. Mollie is currently in her fourth year of an experimental psychology Ph.D. program at the University of Vermont,  where her research focus is in human behavioral pharmacology.
