Cleveland Center for Eating Disorders Internship Opportunities

The Cleveland Center for Eating Disorders (CCED), a private practice treatment center on Chagrin Boulevard, is seeking students to work as Milieu Therapists. *There will NOT be a SOCIALIZATION GROUP internship or RESEARCH internship available for Spring 2014. Look for the applications in the Fall of 2014.

 

Eating Disorder Socialization Group

Descriptions:

  • Work alongside a clinical psychologist who specializes in eating disorders.
  • Develop and implement a curriculum for an eating disorders socialization group.
  • Coordinate and organize JCU’s “Body Beautiful” event during Eating Disorder Awareness Week.
  • Unpaid

OR

Eating Disorder Research Internship

  • Requires a year-long commitment at the CCED
  • Unpaid

 

Course Credit for Eating Disorder Internships:
Accepted internship students may receive THREE hours of course credit by enrolling in PS 490: Practicum in Eating Disorders
