Accommodations
Incoming new students who are attending Orientation sessions 1-7 in June or July are required to stay overnight in an on-campus residence hall. Bed linens, a pillow, and towels are provided in each room. Students might want to bring a fan as the residence hall in which they will be staying is not air conditioned.
Parents also have the option of staying in an air-conditioned, on-campus residence hall, which is included in the Orientation fee. Bed linens, a pillow, and towels are provided in each room. Parents traveling together will be housed in the same bedroom and share a suite and suite-style bathroom with another couple while parents traveling alone will be assigned their own bedroom and share a suite and suite-style bathroom in the residence hall. If parents do not want to spend the evening in an on-campus residence hall, please click here to see several hotels within a short distance of the University that we recommend.
