KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Rear Admiral Peter V. Neffenger, United States Coast Guard
Rear Admiral Peter Neffenger is the operational commander of the Ninth Coast Guard District, which spans the five Great Lakes, Saint Lawrence Seaway, and part of surrounding states, including 1,500 miles of international border. He has more than 6,900 Coast Guard active duty, reserve, civilian, and auxiliary men and women serving under his command.
