Help Desk: 216.397.3005
The Help Desk provides front line support to users who call the Information Technology Services’ department for technology related issues. The Help Desk staff ensures all incoming calls are entered into the Help Desk database. All calls are to be resolved by the staffer or dispatched to the appropriate member of the professional staff.
Located on the fourth floor of Rodman Hall, the regular hours are as follows:
Helpdesk Day (Staffed)
- Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m.-10 p.m.
- Friday: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Saturday: Noon-6 p.m.
- Sunday: Noon-10 p.m.
Walk-in service: 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Call-in service: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
The summer hours are as follows:
- Monday through Friday: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Saturday: On-call essential system/network support only
- Sunday: On-call essential system/network support only
Student computer support is available in the RecPlex Lab, LSC 40, during the semester. The student technicians will work with you to repair your system. The email address of the Help Desk is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Student Computer Support (Staffed)
- Sunday: 4-9 p.m.
- Monday: 2-7 p.m.
- Tuesday: 2-7 p.m.
- Wednesday: 2-7 pm
- Thursday: 2-7 pm
Do not submit a work order through School Dude. If there are not technicians in the lab during the posted hours or if the printers are out of paper, please call the Help Desk at 216.397.3005.
