The ITS Help Desk is beginning to make the transition to the ITS Service Desk. This transition shifts our focus from not only fixing issues as they arise but also providing more services to the campus. As we work on this transition and continue to improve our customer service, we have added an informational greeting when you call for assistance at 216-397-3005. This new greeting will help us to be more efficient, inform the community of important announcements upfront, and gather useful data to improve our services. We appreciate your patience as we work to better the services we offer to the community and we always encourage your feedback.

The new greeting is as follows:

“Thank you for calling the John Carroll University’s Service Desk. Please remain on the line for the next available technician or when prompted you may press 2 to leave a message.”
