Class: 2016

My major: International Business with Language and Culture

My hometown: Dakar, Senegal

Something that I am very proud of doing while at JCU: My Peer Mentor job! I absolutely love it. There is so much to share and learn from each other. I find a little bit of my freshman self in every single one of the international student I get to assist. Looking back at my own experience has been very helpful in making sure their transition to college is easier.

Something that few people know about me: I am extremely afraid of heights, but love rollercoasters!

Something I hope to accomplish in the future: I love travelling and in the future, I hope to be able to go to as many places as possible. My goal is to visit at least 20 countries before I turn 50. I find it interesting and enriching to see and experience the world as other people do.
