John Carroll University provides broad range of competitive benefits that promote the health and general well-being of the workforce. All employees are encouraged to take advantage of the many benefits offered. Full-time regular employees are eligible to participate in benefit programs.

Employee may change their benefit elections annually during the open enrollment period which occurs in the Fall. Unless otherwise indicated, elected benefits become effective the first of the month following the employees hire date.  The Information below highlights key benefit plan features.
