• Subsequent to discussion with principals, including the Budget Director and if necessary the Office of Human Resources, the hiring manager will complete a Position Requirements Form.
  • Forward this form to pthompson@jcu.edu.
  • Once the requirements have been determined a Position Vacancy form is to be completed. The person initiating the vacancy form will forward, via email, on to their supervisor/dean/chair for approval. Once the form reaches the VP level it will automatically move on to the Budget Director, VP and Executive Assistant to the President, President, Director of Human Resources, Recruitment Coordinator.
