What is Work Life Balance?
You hear the buzz words and might wonder if you are missing out on some kind of utopia. The answer to that depends on your definition of “balancing” work and life? Do you want to balance or integrate the two? Your life experiences, responsibilities and values will drive what is best tailored to meet your needs. During this session, we will explore what “work life balance” really means to you, what do you value and how can you create the life you want?
Presenter: Mona Fitzer, M.Ed., PCC

Date: November 14
Time: 12:00pm – 1:00pm
Location: Jardine Room
Stress! And the Holidays
The holidays are often a trigger for increased stress, including having unrealistic expectations and struggling with romanticized feelings of the past. This seminar teaches you how to prepare for the season in a realistic way and reviews the physical manifestations of stress as we often forget how our bodies can notify us that we are burning out.
Presenter: Jinger Moore, PC
