All full-time, part-time, and reduced hour staff employees participate in the annual performance review process. Employee accomplishments, opportunities for improvement, professional development objectives and annual goals are discussed and documented. In addition, during this process the employee’s current job description is reviewed and, if necessary, updated.

The 90-day probationary evaluation form is also available below. This evaluation tool is administered by supervisors to new employees and existing employees who have successfully applied for a new position. The 90-day probationary evaluation is provided to employees after they have been in a new position for a minimum of 60 calendar days. However, it must be administered before the employee reaches 90 calendar days in a new position.
