All full-time, part-time, and reduced hour employees, staff, and administrators, are expected to participate in the performance review process. Employees should be prepared to discuss their: significant accomplishments/achievements; attainment of current review period goals (to the extent formal goals were identified and tracked); as well as future goals including a personal developmental goal for the next review meeting. They will then submit final documents to the Office of Human Resources. During this process, all staff and administrators will also be asked to review and submit an updated job description to their supervisor.
