Annual Performance Evaluation Process
The annual employee performance evaluation process will begin on July 1, 2015. The organizational expectation is 100% of the evaluations will be completed by the deadline of September 30, 2015.

Every employee deserves an opportunity to receive honest and specific feedback regarding their performance. This includes recognizing achievements and indicating opportunities for professional development that will lead to career growth. It is equally important to document specific performance and behavioral expectations that were not met during the last year.  Please visit the Annual Performance Evaluation Process page to learn more and access materials.

Positive Corrective Action

2015 Supervisory Training Series
The Human Resources Department is pleased to offer the 2015 Supervisory Training Series.
