Howard Hanna Gold Advantage Program – Howard Hanna offers John Carroll employees enhanced real estate services through the Hanna Gold Advantage Program. These services include discounts on real estate commission, mortgage and closing services and access to retail services.

RTA Commuter Advantage – This benefit allows employees to elect to have dollars deducted from their paycheck, on a pre-tax basis to pay for a monthly RTA transit pass. Since these deductions are taken out on a pre-tax basis, you are saving money because you are not paying income or social security taxes on the wages used to purchase these transportation services. To enroll in this program submit the completed Commuter Advantage Program form to the Office of Human Resources.

Computer Software and Hardware Discounts – You may purchase Microsoft Office 2007 for $10. You can download this software at to http://jcu.onthehub.com. If you would like to purchase computer hardware Dell, Apple, and Lenovo offer employees a discount.
