Eligibility: All full-time and part-time faculty, staff and administrators are eligible to make use of the Employee Assisance Program.
Ease@Work is available through the Center for Families and Children (CFC) of Cleveland. Available to you and your dependents are the services of qualified professionals who can assist in dealing with a wide variety of issues and concerns. Some examples of the many kinds of issues, which EASE@Work is equipped to address are the following:
Alcohol Abuse Budgeting Depression/Anxiety
Diet and Nutrition Divorce Adjustment Drug Abuse
Geriatric Counseling Legal Issues Smoking Cessation
Financial Planning Marital Issues Retirement Coaching
Parent-Child Relations School-Age Services Stress Management
EASE@Work services are provided on a strictly private and confidential basis. The only information issued to our organization is of a statistical nature regarding the number of cases and hours of service provided; no names are released. Eligible participants receive three (3) sessions per issue for in-person counseling. EASE@Work Employee Assistance Services are accessible to you and your dependents 24 hours a day with weekend or evening counseling appointments available throughout Northeast Ohio and nationally. You, or any member of your household, may access this service by calling or directly accessing many of the services on the web.
