The staff and administrator annual performance review period will be from June 1, 2013 through July 31, 2013.   All full-time, part-time and reduced hour employees, staff and administrators, are expected to participate in the performance review process.  Employees should be prepared to discuss their significant accomplishments/achievements and attainment of current review period goals (to the extent formal goals were identified and tracked) as well as future goals including a personal developmental goal for the next review period.  Supervisors will prepare a performance review form for discussion, schedule and conduct a review meeting and submit final documents to HR.  During this process, all staff and administrators will also be asked to submit an updated job description to their supervisor for review and approval, which will be forwarded to HR when approved.

It is up to your supervisor to initiate and schedule the performace review meeting.
