The tuition waiver process for spouse and dependent children was automated in the 2012-2013 academic year. Our new process no longer requires a tuition waiver form to be created each term, but rather a one-time online form should be completed for each dependent child and spouse who will be participating in our tuition waiver program. Also, we will no longer be requiring a tax form to verify eligibility, rather this will be done through the online waiver form with an Electronic Signature. We expect to independently audit these from time to time.
The process for the tuition exchange programs (FACHEX, TEP, CIC-TEP) was also streamlined.
Steve Vitatoe, Executive Director of Enrollment and Claudia Wenzel, Director of Financial Assistance will be holding another campus-wide informational meeting on April 23rd at 1:00 pm in Rodman A to discuss the details of this process as well as answer questions about the tuition exchange programs. They will present the same information that they did last Summer and Fall when the new program was being introduced, if you attended one of these meetings in the past you do not need to attend the meeting on April 23rd.
