Registration Instructions

Prospective Students

You can take two courses before formally enrolling in one of our degree programs. For more information and application instructions, please complete this form or contact Vivienne Porter, graduate admissions counselor, at 216.397.4284 or vporter@jcu.edu.


Returning Graduate Students

To register, access BannerWeb Registration at any time once registration begins on November 2nd. Enter the Secure Area with your Banner User ID and PIN. For registration assistance, please contact Deborah Drane in the Office of Graduate Studies at 216.397.1925 or ddrane@jcu.edu.


Newly Accepted Graduate Students

  • Please meet with your academic advisor as directed in your acceptance letter.
  • Your academic advisor will provide you with an APR (Academic Program Recommendation) form which will list your spring 2013 class information.  In place of the APR, your advisor may also email the Office of Graduate Studies with the classes that have been selected.
  • Take the APR to the Office of Graduate Studies, Administration Building, Room 125 — or to Rodman Hall, Room 205 or 206 in order to register for your spring 2013 classes.
