Maynooth University is Ireland’s fastest growing university, with over 8,500 students from every county in Ireland as well as 900 international students. With its unique location in the historical town of Maynooth, a medieval castle at the gates of the university, Maynooth University is Ireland’s only university town and only 25 minutes away from Dublin city centre, Ireland’s vibrant capital city.
Maynooth University is the first and only international university outside of North America to be included in the Princeton Review’s Best Colleges guidebook 2012 and 2013 Editions, the decisive resource used by students in the US when selecting the university which will provide the best fit for their academic and personal development.
Maynooth University offers a wide range of courses in a variety of disciplines, has the only Anthropology department in Ireland, and offers a certificate in Irish Studies to international students.
Maynooth requires a minimum GPA of 3.0 for study abroad students.
