The Center for Global Education provides the following services to the John Carroll community:
- Study abroad and exchange programs for students for a semester, year-long, or summer program.
- Short term experiences over semester and summer breaks.
- Support and visa services for incoming international non-degree seeking students and faculty.
- Supporting other international activities across campus.
- Passport photos.
The Center for Global Education offers students an environment that promotes the personal growth by cultivating understanding of the complexity and richness of the larger world.
The Center for Global Education is committed to providing students an educational experience which will ensure that they will achieve the following: be “open to change as they mature,” be “respectful of their own culture and that of others,” be “aware of the interdependence of all humanity,” and be “sensitive to the need for social justice in response to current social pressures and problems.”
