Assistant Professor (tenure track): United States History

 

John Carroll University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position, beginning in August, 2014, in the field of colonial or Revolutionary United States history (to 1783). The successful candidate will be a dynamic teacher and active scholar. This position allows its recipient to devise three innovative and creative courses per semester – including both surveys and specialized courses — and to maintain an active research and publishing program. Completion of Ph.D. by end of the first contract year required.
