On Thursday, March 15, 12:00-1:30p.m., in the Faculty Lounge (AD 144), Dr. Helene Sanko, Professor of French, will be talking about her recent research at the Matteo Ricci Institute for Chinese-Western Cultural History. She’ll be presenting not only about the fruits of her research (a comparison of Chinese and French monarchs in the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries) but also about the research experience itself.

This is the first collaboration between Modern European Studies and East Asian Studies.

EAS will be providing cookies and bottled water for the event. You are welcome to brown bag it.
