The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has awarded the Department of Counseling a $1.3 million federal grant to expand our training in the integrated behavioral health model and extend our ability to impact the addictions and opioid epidemic in Ohio. Sixty percent of award funds will support $10,000 stipends for Clinical Mental Health Counseling students to complete their internship training at Moore Counseling and Mediation Services. Dr. Nathan Gehlert will serve as Program Director of this initiative. You can read more about the program in the official university announcement.
