Can I vote in Ohio?

You are eligible to register to vote in Ohio if:
1.  You are a citizen of the United States.
2.  You will be at least 18 years old on or before Election Day.
3.  You will be a resident of Ohio (includes students living in JCU residence halls) for at least 30 days immediately before the election in which you want to vote.

How can I change my registration to University Heights?

Voter registration forms and assistance will be available at the following events:

September 8 – Celebrate the Spirit Picnic, 12:15 – 2:30 p.m., Main Quad
September 9 – Involvement Fair, 3 – 5 p.m., IM Gym
September 16 – Constitution Day, 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., LSC Atrium
September 27 – National Voter Registration Day – 12:00 p.m.. – 1:30 p.m., LSC Atrium
October 5 – Final Push!, 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., LSC Atrium

Or stop by one of the following offices at any time to pick up or turn in a completed form:

Center for Service & Social Action (AD 32)
Grasseli Library (Main Lobby)
Office of Student Engagement (2nd Floor, Student Center)

Completed registration forms must be dropped off in the Office of Student Engagement by October 7 at noon.  You can also mail your registration postmarked by October 11 to:

Do I need proof of residency?

Bring your Ohio State issued photo ID (not JCU ID) or current JCU utility bill with you to the polls.  If you registered using your JCU mailbox address the utility bill with be emailed to you by Monday, November 7.
