Full-time faculty begin their careers at John Carroll with New Faculty Seminar, a year-long series of discussions about aspects of life at John Carroll, including: mission and identity, teaching, research, student life, and paths to tenure and promotion.  Additionally, new and junior faculty may request a mentor, chosen from senior colleagues, who shares similar interests or has experience with pertinent aspects of the junior faculty career path.
