Submissions are requested from faculty, staff, administrators, and graduate and undergraduate students to recognize the discovery, integration, application, and communication of knowledge during A Celebration of Scholarship.

Deadline to submit to the Celebration:

  • Monday, March 9, 2015

NOTE: Honors Program students should submit their application by February 19, 2015.  Abstracts are due by March 9, 2015.


Poster Session Application

You will receive an acknowledgement of your submission. Visit the guidelines page for more information including printing your poster.


Individual Presentation Application

Submit this application if you are presenting a paper at the Celebration. You will receive an acknowledgement of your submission and will be notified of your scheduled presentation time once all the applications have been received. See presentation hints for additional information.


Panel Application

Panel sessions are scheduled as they are received. Deadline to apply is March 9, 2015.  Submit early to reserve your preferred time slot.


Honors Application

Select this application if you are an Honors student and are presenting your Senior Honors Project at the Celebration.  Deadline to submit is February 19, 2015.  Abstracts due by March 9, 2015.


Art Exhibit Application

Please email the completed application by Monday, March 9, 2015. APPLICATION COMING SOON!

Artwork can be dropped off at the Circulation Desk of the Grasselli Library the week of April 6, 2015.  Please attach a copy of the application to your work.
