Applications

Submissions are requested from faculty, staff, administrators, and graduate and undergraduate students to recognize the discovery, integration, application, and communication of knowledge during A Celebration of Scholarship.

NOTE:  We now have separate applications for the Poster Completion.  Please complete either the Poster Competition Application or the Poster Session Application.  No need to submit to both if you are doing a poster presentation.

Poster Competition Application

You will receive an acknowledgement of your submission. Visit the guidelines page for more information including printing your poster.


Poster Session Application

You will receive an acknowledgement of your submission. Visit the guidelines page for more information including printing your poster.


Individual Presentation Application

Submit this application if you are presenting a paper at the Celebration. You will receive an acknowledgement of your submission and will be notified of your scheduled presentation time once all the applications have been received. See presentation hints for additional information.


Panel Application

Panel sessions are scheduled as they are received.  Submit early to reserve your preferred time slot.


Honors Application

Select this application if you are an Honors student and are presenting your Senior Honors Project at the Celebration.

Artwork can be dropped off at the Circulation Desk of the Grasselli Library.  Please attach a copy of the application to your work.


Arts at Night Application

To participate in the Arts at Night, contact Philip Metres, Ph.D., for spoken word performances or Cynthia Caporella, Ph.D., for music performances. For more information, see the Arts at Night page.


Early College Application

Use this application if you are an Early College high school student who will be participating in the Poster Session.
