Started in 2007, the Arrupe Scholars Program is one of John Carroll University’s signature undergraduate programs. Open to students of all majors, the Arrupe Scholars Program aims at developing leaders in social action who, are committed to solving issues of injustice in our local community and around the globe. The distinctiveness of our program lies in the four-year commitment it makes to mentoring promising high school students who have demonstrated an aptitude for social justice issues. Currently 73 John Carroll students participate in the Arrupe Scholars program. We will open applications for the JCU class of 2019 this October.
