Bryan Beigie is an Instructor in the Cleary Program in Sports Studies at John Carroll University he holds a Bachelors of Physical Education from John Carroll University (’04), and a Masters of Education from Cleveland State University in Exercise Science, where he served as a graduate assistant in the exercise science department teaching undergraduate courses. He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as American College of Sports Medicine. Before returning to John Carroll, Beigie worked at St. Francis DeSales High School in Columbus, Ohio as well as Walsh Jesuit High School in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. In addition to his teaching duties, Mr. Beige is on the football staff at John Carroll, currently coaching wide receivers. But don’t be fooled into thinking this is a “Sports Talk”. Bryan is passionate about the Jesuit ideals of preparing “Men & Women for others” and uses his knowledge and communication of Jesuit teachings to not only guide students in the classroom and on the field. His presentation will illustrate how these four pillars can be applied to any school, team, business, volunteer organization or even your family. Bryan currently resides in Shaker Heights with his wife, Jennifer and their 3-year-old daughter.
