Welcome to the Office of Student Enrollment and Financial Services!

We are happy to assist you in answering questions regarding financial aid, course registration, and billing. We are located on the second floor of Rodman Hall, rooms 205/206. We are open Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.5 p.m. We can be reached at enrollment@jcu.edu or 216-397-4248.

Incoming Freshman Awarding Timeline:

  • October 1, 2016: FAFSA becomes available
  • December 1, 2016: Admissions priority deadline and FAFSA priority deadline
  • January 2017: Awarding begins
  • January 8, 2017: Application deadline for Arrupe Scholars Program, Leadership Scholars Program, and Honors Program
  • February 2017: Submission and review of appeals/special circumstances begin
  • March 25, 2017: Class of 2021 Celebration
  • May 1, 2017: Admissions decision deadline
  • June-August 2017: Orientation Sessions
  • July 15, 2017: Fall bills sent

 

Continuing Students/Graduate Students Awarding Timeline:

If you have questions regarding the Tuition Payment Plan (TPP) or need to make a payment to your account, please contact the Cashier’s Office in Admin Building, Room 37. The Cashier’s Office is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. and Tuesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. This office can be reached at 216-397-4494.
